Salon Wisp Covid Guidelines

In anticipation of re-opening (sidenote: Yay!), we have some guidelines in place that are necessary for the well-being of our clients as well as our staff. We will be doing everything we can to adhere to these essential precautions and ask that our Wisp Ladies do the same.
Some of the guidelines you’ll be familiar with, like keeping 2 metres apart where possible and minimizing contact with surfaces and each other. Hand sanitizer will be available and we will be cleaning our styling stations and tools, washrooms and other high contact areas even more frequently than usual.
In addition, we will be screening all clients for symptoms of being unwell prior to your appointment and also have prominent signage at our entrance asking people to not enter the salon if they show any signs of being ill (there will not be a cancellation fee if you are sick).
Each stylist will continue to have a dedicated station and tools, and we will all be wearing masks (we ask you to do the same, although we understand that it won’t be feasible to have a mask on throughout your appointment). All of our capes, towels and other laundry will be cleaned between each client using the hottest setting to ensure proper sanitizing.
We ask that our Wisp Ladies arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their appointments to avoid surpassing the maximum number of people allowed in the space at one time. Further to that, we ask that everyone avoids lingering once they’re done to ensure that the next person can start their appointment on time.
Unfortunately, we will have to suspend our beverage service until further notice and magazines won’t be available, but the Wifi is plentiful to keep you occupied while your treatment is processing!
